It took my best friend going to her someone to take our order. Also all the help buttons didn't work for each seat. Once we ordered, the food came out timely. In the middle of the movie, we ordered cocktails - - again we had to go her someone to take our order. This time a different waiter. It took 1. 5 minutes for our drinks to come out. Our drinks tasted watery. The customer service was horrible on that day. I will not be back. Actually, they almost feel like they are pushed forward. Felt like everything that could go wrong went wrong on our visit here. During the purchase process the app said that enrolling in AMC Stubs program would save us the online convenience fee. It didn't tell us, however, that it was a $1. He stood in front of us, blocking the screen and talked very loud as we were ordering, so much so that the people around us were looking at him annoyingly. We ordered the nachos and boneless chicken wings. The nachos were just ok, but the boneless wings were glorified chicken strips, with no sauce on them (they give you ranch and honey mustard on the side). You also get 5 of them for $1. My chair did have ripped leather on the head rest, which was a little bothersome, but not that big of a deal. I generally wait until the end of the movie to fill it out but, about 1. Why would you bother people during the movie to pick up the check? When I told him I'd fill it out later he moved on to the next couple and stood over them as they filled out their check. Honestly, do you need the tip that bad that you can't wait until the movie ends? There are better places that are more worth the cost. Bought food and had to come back 3x to the bar before it was ready. The second time I made the point to ensure the fries stayed hot. By the time I got back to my seat found out fries were COLD AND HARD. They assured me all was good and I'm not going to walk all the way back there for the fourth tin. The seats in the IMAX are so uncomfortable they must have been dreamed up by a team intent on creating a new way of inhumane torture. I was honestly jealous of my wife's service dog being able to sit on the floor! Seems there's a huge difference between individual theaters in same rating. Fork and screen, 4, sucks. Terrible, old, dirty seats. No leg room and crapy tables to . The Cinema Suites are absolutely luxurious. The seats are gigantic red leather recliners that YES stretch out (recline) for your tired, aching legs. It is definitely a vast improvement from the Fork & Screen. I go to this theater every once in a while. Its AMC so my stubs card works. I mean it has a large selection and all. There was a technical issue with the subtitles not being presented fully, but they resolved it and restarted the film.. Which I didn't expect, and was SOO grateful they did! I hope they host many more events like this one, and offer up more Korean movies.. There were crumbs all over my seat. I felt dirty throughout the whole movie. I enjoyed the movie though! This huge movie theater was nice with the reclining chairs and dine in service. Of course like any other mother theater the prices are high for even a bottle of water. We will come back for more movies but the kitchen area near the bathrooms smell like garbage. Not happy, tried to make an 1. There were 2 employees behind the bar and we knocked on the door and they ignored us. We will pick somewhere else next time. It's a nice theater but the cinema suites need work. DO NOT SIT IN THE LAST TWO ROWS. The barrier between each of the rows blocks off half of the bottom screen. Instead of sitting comfortably I had to sit up straight in my recliner. When the movie ended I quickly tried the second to last row and the screen was still blocked off. If you're going to watch in the cinema suites, pick the third/middle row. Besides the screen fiasco, service was good, there's a bar, and food is decent. Peeved about not being able to see my movie, but I can't deny that this is a nice theater. This is the first time I've been to this movie theater so I was excited to check it out. Nice big clean modern facility. One coke and a bag of popcorn: $1. I would give them a lower rating, but this is expected at every theater these days. At some point, some one is bound to realize they could charge less money, give better service, and win over a LOT more customers. Plush, clean, but didn't recline. Sound was incredible, I'll give them that. It was clean, modern, expensive, everything you'd expect from a modern movie theater. At that time, I enjoyed their old menu. It was on par with dining at any casual dining restaurant. For starters, I ordered the House Fries thinking it would be similar to the Parmesan Truffle Fries from the previous menu. What I got was a dish full of fries with a small section covered with what appeared to be parsley and Parmesan cheese. I ordered the Fish & Chips. As I stated previously, the menu is pretty much pub food. It was supposed to be served with cocktail sauce and tarter sauce. The tarter sauce appeared more like honey mustered. As for the beer battered cod, I sadly had better at a pub. The new one has various milkshakes and donuts with dipping sauce. I got the mocha milkshake which comes with a Chocolate Hazelnut Pirouette cookie split in half. Of the three items ordered, this was the best tasting. When I placed the order, I told the waitress the fries would be the starter. In the past, I got to the fries well before the entree. This time, I got everything served at the same time. I'm glad I didn't order the dessert until later; otherwise, I may have gotten the milkshake at the same time. The waiter said he'd get someone to remove them. When the movie ended, the plates were still there. Fortunately, there are two other venues nearby. Quality is nowhere near as good as before. Instead they have 2- 3 people helping prepare popcorn for the person running the register. The past few (3) experiences spread out over a year have been terrible, and the most recent terrible enough to warn others. Luckily the movie was great or the night would have been terrible. The waiter didn't come out for 2. EW!!), and were ignored and sat in the theatre for 1. And this visit I watched employees come out of the restroom and nothing got cleaned. You pay far too much for tickets, concessions and dining to have such poor service. My friend and I ordered a drink, a few mins later I got mine and I asked for my friend's drink. The server said that it will take a minute. My friend order something diferent and the guy brought the check. I decided to leave just 2 dollars tip for the bad services. The next day I saw my bank statement and .
